OpenOffice version 2 Intranet based training is available at a per user licence cost of R200 per user per year. Discounts are available for more than 100 users, 500 users, and 1000 users.

The online training consists of both training and OpenOffice assessement, the system is also used as a Virtual Helpdesk support for OpenOffice.
