Linux professionals all around the world
are now seeking good certification standards to represent
their Linux skills, one such standard, LPI, which
stands for Linux Professional Institute, is fast becoming
the standard of preference. There are two levels of
Linux certification within the LPI, the LPI 101 and
LPI 102 qualifications. The LPI 101 consists of two
examinations and is regarded as quite difficult exams,
if you can pass these exams, then you really do know
Linux. The LPI qualifications are distro independent
and are internationally recognised.

101A
Course Information and Aims
The Linux Utilities and Tools Course is the
first of the LPI courses. It covers roughly half of
the objectives for the LPI 101 examination.
LPI (Linux Proffesional Institute) 101B
Course Information and Aims
The Linux Installation and Configuration Course
is the second of the LPI courses. It covers roughly
half of the objectives for the LPI 101 examination.
LPI (Linux Proffesional Institute) 201A
Course Information and Aims
The Linux Networking Course covers the configuration
and use of various network servers and networking
tools which are available for the Linux platform.
The course will help you to get past the initial hurdles
to using Linux in the server environment.

Course Information and Aims
The Linux System Administration teaches skills
invaluable in maintaining and administering Linux
servers. The course aims to
fine tune the skills, and specifically the Linux Administration
skills, of system administrators.
